• Civil Summons $30/each
• Civil Subpoenas $20/each

Mileage will be billed separate after service, Payment for service needs to be made upon receipt of the civil papers. Accepted forms of payment are attorney check, money order, or cashier’s check. No personal checks will be accepted.
